    What do we hope to see the group produce? Please discuss below.

    I would like to see the group produce the following:

    1. Material for a poster session/presentation at the OLN expo (this is required)

    2. A report on the group's findings and discussions to share with the Classroom Stewards

    The stewards' recent report mentioned the following:

    A number of requests were received for this technology (sympodium)...The committe believes that we need to consider how many of these are necessary on campus and what would be the most effective distribution of them on campus...We want to avoid distributing these new technologies on an ad hoc basis in the various buildings. 

     3. A set of recommendations to faculty members who are interested in using a Sympodium

    • This might contain informal advice on the amount of time required to become familiar with the device and advice on preparing materials and using it in the classroom

    4. A set of recommendations to IT support staff on issues that arise in the use of Sympodium.

    5. A document or website with the group's findings and discussions to share with the campus community (or anyone else we would like to include).

    6. A set of recommendations for future Learning Communities.
